Flu Strain Resistant to Drug Tamiflu

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have reported that 98 percent of H1N1 flu samples are resistant to Tamiflu®, a drug for both the prevention and treatment of flu. This is a large increase from a year ago, when only 19 percent were resistant. The H1N1 strain is currently the most common strain of flu in the U.
